2. Payment Terms

  • All fares are subject to change based on factors such as traffic, route deviations, and the duration of the ride.

  • Payment must be made via the payment options provided by us (cash or pay by card).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • You may cancel a ride up to 1 day before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges.

    • Cancellations made within [30] minutes of the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of [Amount] or [Percentage] of the fare.

  • Cancellation by Us:

4. Smoking and Behavior in the Vehicle
